Biography

Rojesh Man Shikhrakar is an AI and Data Science Expert with over 9 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer at fusemachines. Currently, he serves as Senior Manager at Fusemachines Nepal, where he leads talent development and academic initiatives that have trained more than a thousand AI engineers across 15+ countries. His work includes designing over 20 AI and machine learning courses, improving online learning experiences through AI-powered tools, and driving programs that connect education with real-world innovation.

Beyond his corporate role, Rojesh is a visiting faculty member at Kathmandu University, Islington College, and NIST College, where he teaches data science and artificial intelligence. He is also a frequent speaker and panelist on topics such as AI for productivity, misinformation detection, and the future of technology in education.

With a background in mechanical engineering and AI research, Rojesh combines technical expertise with a passion for teaching and community building. His contributions ranging from drone-based research projects to AI curriculum design reflect his commitment to advancing Nepal’s AI ecosystem and inspiring the next generation of innovators.
