Mr. Pushkar Khati is a seasoned development professional with over 15 years of strategic experience in public engagement, policy advocacy, governance, organizational development, and human rights. His work bridges collaboration among government institutions, bilateral and multilateral agencies, civil society organizations, media, and community stakeholders, advancing inclusive development and effective policy outcomes.
Throughout his career, Mr. Khati has provided strategic leadership in governance reform, advocacy campaigns, and public policy influence, contributing to institutional strengthening and social transformation. His expertise spans participatory development, stakeholder coordination, reputation management, and community mobilization, enabling organizations to achieve sustainable impact.
He is the Founder of the Reaching the Unreached Movement (2012–2016), an initiative promoting equity-centered social action and has served as a Council Member of the International Dalit Solidarity Network (IDSN), a global platform advocating for the elimination of caste-based discrimination. In recognition of his leadership and global engagement, he was selected as an International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) Fellow in 2023, a prestigious U.S. Department of State initiative for emerging global leaders.
