Pradimna Mudbhari is a seasoned development professional and academician with over 25 years of experience working with I/NGOs and in academia. Currently, he serves as a freelance development expert for international organizations and a lecturer specializing in Public Administration, Sociology, and Crisis Management Studies.
Pradimna has contributed to numerous projects supported by renowned organizations such as UN agencies, UMN, USAID, USC Canada, UK Aid, Australian Aid, Danida, Finida, International Medical Corps, Care Nepal, Plan International, and GIZ. His expertise lies in human rights, conflict management and peacebuilding, gender equality and social inclusion, governance, sustainable livelihoods, and mental health.
With extensive experience in training diverse teams at both grassroots and policy levels, Pradimna has facilitated impactful programs, including the four-month ‘Uba Sworozgar Talim’ organized by the Ministry of Industry and Nepal Chambers of Commerce. He also played a pivotal role in providing technical inputs to the Constituent Assembly Members (CAMs) during Nepal’s constitution-making process. Notably, he trained 177 of the 197 female CAMs elected after the 2064 BS elections, empowering them with the knowledge and skills to contribute effectively to the nation’s governance and development.
