Biography

Mr. Mridul Basnet is a Certified Soft Skills Trainer and Toastmaster with over a decade of experience in leadership development, communication, and professional skill enhancement. He currently serves as Training Manager at the Centre for Leadership and Entrepreneurship and Examinations in Charge at Kathmandu University School of Management (KUSOM).

With a strong background in academia, corporate training, and youth leadership, Mr. Basnet is known for his engaging facilitation style and practical, results‑oriented approach. He has worked with leading organizations and academic institutions including Cloud Factory, Reliance Life Insurance, Dormitory Nepal, White House International College, Campion International College, and Texas International College.

He has previously served as Faculty at Sindhuli College of Hotel Management, Partner & Trainer at Team Nepo, and Soft Skills Trainer at Sagarmatha Management Development Institute, contributing to the growth of professionals and students across Nepal.

An active Toastmaster and community leader, he has held leadership roles in Kathmandu Toastmasters Club and contributed to youth organizations such as Amnesty International Dynamic Youth Network, Leo Club, Rotaract Club, and the Nepal Voluntary Blood Donors’ Society.

Mr. Basnet believes in holistic personal and professional development through experiential learning and continuous growth, empowering individuals and organizations to achieve excellence.
