Biography

Mr. Kapil Neupane is a development professional with more than two decades of experience in community development, local governance, and institutional strengthening. His work focuses on social mobilization, capacity building, team development, conflict management, and organizational growth, particularly within local governance systems and community-based initiatives.

Throughout his career, he has collaborated with leading government and non-governmental organizations, contributing to programs that empower local communities, improve governance practices, and enhance social accountability. He has also authored several handbooks and manuals that have supported community development efforts at a national level.

Mr. Neupane has facilitated training and capacity-building programs across all districts of Nepal and in several countries, including Tanzania, Kenya, Cambodia, Thailand, and Hong Kong, promoting knowledge exchange and strengthening local capacities.
