Biography
Kapil Neupane has over two decades of experience in the developmental sector with expertise in social mobilization, capacity building, team building, organizational development, conflict management, and social entrepreneurship. He has mostly worked in local governance, children, and women issues.
Worked in various leading government and non-government organizations in his career, Neupane has published many handbooks and manuals that have contributed to the development of our community on a macro level.
He has traveled to over a dozen countries like Tanzania, Kenya, Cambodia, Thailand, and Hong Kong, and every district of Nepal for training purposes.
