This training was conducted to help the staff of Ipas Nepal to develop both their professional and personal skills at the workplace, along with allowing Ipas Nepal to have empowered professionals and assist in their employee retention.
With the decline in employee loyalty and increase in job switching, it was difficult to attract and retain good employees. Many organizations are combating this issue by bringing outrageous benefits and perks.
Ipas wanted to take a different route and give them professional and personal development opportunities. As Ipas always believes in learning and growth, they contacted us to introduce a training program that won’t just help the employees on a professional level, but also a personal level.
After talking with the Ipas team, and realizing what the employees lack, we prepared a tailored training package that consisted of the following:

Since our training covered various training programs, it helped the employees of Ipas to develop their overall professional and personal skills. It helped the employees to learn how to be more efficient at the workplace and make better decisions in general.
This training program has equipped us to learn new skills to adapt to new and evolving workplace challenges.
