Biography

With over two decades of professional experience in sales and marketing, Mr. Shyam Yadav has built a strong reputation as a sales strategist and leadership coach. He holds an EMBA in Marketing and has completed his studies in Nepal and India, combining academic knowledge with extensive field experience.

Mr. Yadav has worked with some of Nepal’s most prominent corporate houses, including Nepal Battery Company Limited (Eveready Battery), Sipradi Trading (TATA vehicles), Morang Auto Works (Yamaha, JCB, and industrial equipment), Omni Group (IT and Power solutions), and Batas Group (Eicher vehicles). Currently, he serves as a distributor for BHARATBENZ vehicles with Omni Motors Pvt. Ltd.

A leader who leads by example, Mr. Yadav is known for his practical approach to planning, execution, and team motivation. Drawing from his own experiences of success and challenges, he has developed unique coaching methods that inspire confidence, accountability, and performance excellence among his teams.

To date, he has coached over a hundred senior professionals and trained more than a thousand individuals across Nepal and South Asia through his signature programs such as “Excelling Sales” and “Winning Habits”, focusing on sales strategy, mindset design, and leadership growth.
