Biography

Mr. Ajaya Regmi is a dynamic leadership trainer, motivational speaker, and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in coaching, training, and educational leadership. He is an associate team member of the John Maxwell Team, personally certified and honored by John Maxwell and his faculty, and represents a global network of leadership coaches and speakers.

Mr. Regmi’s passion for empowering people and developing leaders has driven his professional journey. His international training experiences in the United States and the United Kingdom have enriched his approach to leadership development, motivation, and personal growth.

He has served in several leadership and professional roles, including Executive Member of the Nepalese Young Entrepreneurs’ Forum (NYEF), President-elect of the Rotary Club of Kathmandu North, Vice President of Public Relations at Kathmandu Toastmasters Club, and Member of the Management Association of Nepal (MAN). He currently serves as Programme Director at Silver Mountain Graduate Business School and Executive Director at Skopes Investment Pvt. Ltd.

Over his 13-year career, Mr. Regmi has conducted numerous training programs and inspired thousands of individuals through his sessions on leadership, empowerment, and goal setting. He holds an MPhil in Educational Leadership from Kathmandu University and an MBS from Tribhuvan University.
