Mrs. Neeru Duggal is a dynamic corporate trainer, consultant, and visiting faculty with over 24 years of cross-industry experience spanning hospitality, financial services, and aviation. She has held leadership positions with global brands including Hotel Hyatt Regency, Air Sahara, Druk Air, GMG Airlines, and Bahrain Air, delivering operational excellence and building high-performing teams.

Her training focuses on leadership development, communication mastery, customer service excellence, emotional intelligence, and personal effectiveness, helping professionals unlock their potential and organizations strengthen their culture of excellence.

In academia, she serves as a visiting faculty member at SAIM College and SANN College, teaching Marketing Communication and Business Environment to BBA students, inspiring strategic thinking and confident leadership among young professionals. As a freelance trainer and consultant, Mrs. Duggal has designed and facilitated impactful learning programs for leading organizations such as Dabur Nepal, Norvic Hospital, Butwal Dairy, Vrisk IT Solutions, and Luminous Education Consultancy.
