Shailee Basnet is an internationally recognized motivational speaker, mountaineer, leadership coach, social entrepreneur, and stand‑up comedian from Nepal. She led the historic Seven Summits Women Team, the world’s first all‑female group to climb the highest peaks on all seven continents — a global milestone in leadership, teamwork, and women’s empowerment.

Shailee combines her real‑world experiences from the mountains with humour and insight to deliver powerful messages on leadership, resilience, diversity, and personal growth. Her keynotes are known for being inspiring, relatable, and energizing, leaving audiences with practical tools to overcome challenges and lead with confidence.
