Biography

Sahadev Mahat has been working as an organization and management development consultant/facilitator since 1993. Previously, he served in different managerial positions over 20 years including as the Director and Principal of UMN Business School and as the Senior Management Consultant for United Mission to Nepal.

As a facilitator and coach, he has acquired a range of work experience as an organization, leadership and management development consultant/facilitator for GOs, NGOs, INGOs, UN organizations and business houses in Nepal and many countries abroad.

His expertise covers designing and facilitating of multi aspects of leadership/management development, Team Building and Retreat, capacity building, coaching, mentoring, Career Design, TOT, and various change management programs based on Appreciative Inquiry, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Mindfulness, and
innovative and transformational approaches leading to individual and organizational transformation and leadership development.

Particularly, he is interested in integrating the best approaches from eastern wisdom with cutting-edge modern organization, leadership and management practices.
